More old files. These were little projects I made for Japanese class. Mistakes and all. (I now think 優しい is a better word than 甘い to describe my dad. 甘い as indulgent or not strict works though.)
僕の夏休み 2005
Slides from a presentation I gave of my first trip to Japan. You can see I liked kanji. I always wonder about students giving language presentations to each other if anything is understood properly. Although I always tried to keep my spoken language at a level to be understood.
(a couple of videos are missing / don’t display, and some outbound links might not work)
子供の頃と僕のお父さん 2006
A comic like page about my childhood and my dad.
春休み
Not sure when I made this. 2006 or 2007 probably. When 1.5GB RAM was a lot.
A 4 page comic layout that goes right to left with tategaki.
I still have Comic Life and they still make it. I was an original purchaser that was meant to be gifted a lifetime of free upgrades. I think that went away at some point, certainly when I bought the iOS version. It is very inexpensive and has very low hardware requirements.
iView has gone though. I’m not quite sure what I’d use now to make a gallery. DokuWiki probably. I wonder if Photos can output galleries?
